Best Answer:
It's likely, but I reason it's asinine for a minor to be charged as an adult for providing alcohol to minors.
Given this is an egregious offense, you have a high probability unless the judge happen to feel lenient.
It is so hard to confer any specifics because it depends on several factors. Where you live, the ages of the minors involved, (the younger they are makes a difference in some states.) And logically, your prior conviction. The main problem is the fact that you are still on probation, that in itself contained by most states would warrant some jail time. It's up to the judge and the laws within your state. Before you go to court, tell your public defender to suggest to the pass judgment, that you are aware you have a problem with alcohol and you want help. Tell him you are of a mind to enter a program, classes, etc. It may possibly help your case. It's worth a shot, and more important, it sounds approaching something you might benefit from. Good luck.
it should be and considering you're on probation, you should have known better. enjoy you caught on yet--alcohol is illegal for those under the age of 21? apparently you aren't all that remorseful and you own no respect for the law. maybe some jail time will give support to you understand.
