at the women's prison the executioner is about to put a rope around the neck of a 20 year old girl who is person put to death for helping your husband molest and murder six little boys who the couple lured to the house with promises of special treats. The woman claims she is innocent that she had no intention of massacre the children that only her husband who is also scheduled to be executed at the men's prison is the only one responsible and that she go along to the extent she did because she was afraid of him. However several witnesses testifyed at her trial that she had a number of likelihood to come clean and report her husband's offenses if she were an innocent bystander and she failed to filch advantage of any of them. And a child who escaped testified the woman actively assisted her husband in preparing him for molestation. Based on the facts contained by the story presented should we proceed to kill this girl for helping her husband molest and murder these children. answers that will with just the following info not be considered for best answer; 1. statement that limp is not done anymore 2. statement that asks where this is taking place 3. statement which infers I am planning to commit murder In the example the girl is being put to annihilation because she was found guilty of a capital offense and sentenced to die by hanging by a court of canon Also I know people are against capital punishment in adjectives situations and that is fine but saying so by itself won't get you best answer if you want or call for the 10 points unless it is truly the best answer of all those that may be given. I want answers to the specific question asked not side stuff unless it is interesting of course and more plausible possibly then this question additional data: in this example the girl's appeals have been exhausted and she is in the order of to be hanged. The question is asking should her execution proceed not what would likely begin if this were an actual case. Saying she would get duration without parole is probably correct but it is not answering the question the woman was hang by the short drop method and it took several minutes of suffocation before the prison doctor pronounced her dead
Best Answer:
Frankly speaking the appeal process to understand your grill of this woman would get her life without parole.
ok well yes i do believe she should be executed for what she did because who would dare hurt innocent little boys and consequently deny everything with witnesses at hand, why would someone deny themselves over a crime committed knowing they did it, they should have never done it within the first place, lying isn't going to get her anywhere either and no one who take the lives of kids and molests them should deserve to have a life on earth. relations like this think after their actions and her husband deserves as economically as what she does because a bet those little boys deserved nothing of what was done to them, or their families who immediately have to live without them
Should she die is not for me to say but she is merely as guilty as the husband. Whatever they charge him with, she should be charged with. It's one thing to be too panicky to protect yourself, it's an entirely different thing to claim to have been so alarmed that you helped kill others.
Since the courts sentenced to demise and she's run out of all appeals, she should be put to death in doesn`t matter what fashion the court ordered.
