can cops kick me out the park and then arrest me for coming back?
yesterday i got kicked out of a park for sitting there. i don't know why he kicked me out but he told me if i come back to this park he would arrest me because it's a "privilege" to be at the park and i have the "privilege" revoked. can they even do that? its a public park... i just asked him why is he kicking me out then he started yelling at me recounting me i would be arrested if i ever come back. how am i loitering at a public park. everybody hangs out at the public park so does that mean everyone is loitering too? im probably going to progress back today hoping to see the cop just to piss him off

Yes if your being an a** he can.
No. You should fight it. Cops do many things that are unlawful going on the assumption that people aren't going to encounter them in court. I always do and win.
