Do they always suspend your license for a passenger restriction violation?
I was driving with some of my buds nd i am not suppose to because I have not have my license for 6 motnhs. I was beeping loudl y for my friend to get surrounded by the car. Then this cop comes when im not even moving asking my age and everything. Then wen he gave me the citation he said he didnt kno bout the JOL penalties so that my license MIGHT gain duspended. Is it definite tht it will becuz if so ill appeal it
Depends on State law, but surrounded by my State (CA) it would be a mandatory suspension, and from the facts you quote there'd be no basis for you to appeal it.
