need help ..regarding texas law. about what should i do and more rights.?
Its my US citizen husband who took off with my daughter without any green light that he will be flying to the states. I got no visa. So confused and worried what should i do ? please help

You're not a US citizen, and he is, so you are probably screwed. She is his daughter as very well as yours, and he has every right to take her where he requests.
