What legal rights do we have if our family is being victimized?
Our son received a head injury in somone else's home. The family have not given us any insurance info and they are not taking responsibility. There are on-going medical bills that we will be paying for...possibly years. They are being verbally abusive and unresponsive. This is adding unnecessary stress to our son's recovery. We had a attorney call and ask them to please leave us alone. The neighbors are slandering us and telling other neighbors that we hold filed a lawsuit which is VERY untrue. They are bullying the other neighbors to take sides and ostrosize our son. It was an stroke of luck. A head injury caused by the neighbor's son in the neighbors home to our son, however we are now being victimized on top of the already turbulent, physical, and not to mention financail strain. This is hard for our family and our injured son to endure. What are our rights to stop the bullying and lies, not to mention self ostrosized for an injury we had no control over. PLEASE HELP US!!

I would file a lawsuit against them to acquire them to pay for your son's medical bills. Their Homeowners insurance should cover that.
Since they're treating you so badly, there's no reason to not sue them.
And if you get the impression threatened, ask your lawyer about filing a restraining establish against your neighbors.
