yard sale laws in Texas?
i was planning on having a yard public sale but i want to know the laws and restrictions for yard sales... are near any big things that i need to know??? should i look on the city hall website or is there a website specifically for law of the city?

For example, I know some HOAs rein in yard sales to specific dates and times or require a single patio sale for the entire neighborhood.
