Why can you sue for everything? shouldn't there be limits?
I mean are people that stupid? just because someone didn't resembling something isn't a reason to sue! oh wow! that person looked at me funny i'm going to sue him/her for racism! come on! and there are more stupid ones, close to suing a company just because what you bought from them broke.

There ARE limits to what you can get. The only entry you really can't limit in a democracy is access to the Courts. It is the linchpin of democracy.
In certain cases (mostly prisoner petitions), bench have ruled that certain frequent filers cannot file papers minus first being approved by the judge. It is a screening system to keep down the frivolous motions. But access is still granted.

There are limits. When frivolous lawsuits are filed, the travel case usually is automatically dismissed and the attorneys and parties who filed the lawsuit can be subject to sanctions, both by censor and monetary penalty.
