Do you have to have a lawyer to subpoena phone records?
I am taking my stalker to court, everything is set up, I need to show that one of the people she had harassing me be calling me on a daily basis. The tmobile phone records solitary show calls, it doesn't show which were incoming or outgoing so I need to subpeona this person's library to show they were in fact, calling me. Is it possible to do lacking a lawyer? I have a case set up and everything else organized to go.

Yes. Either a lawyer or the police officer who took the report on the harassing phone calls have to get the records from the phone company.
