Question about the emancipation of minors?

Okay, well lets say i'm a 15 year infirm girl and my parents are considering getting a divorce, the whole family is falling apart. I find that I get along better by myself. I hold been considering emancipation so that I can live on my own, but I really don't understand what it is. I am wondering if I can catch it at age 15 or if I will have to wait untill my birthday in November. Also, what are adjectives the steps I need to take in direct to start and finalize everything? I live in NSW, Australia. If you know the laws around here please help me next to this. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure about the law in Australia, but I would at least wait until you're 16. Usually they look for really alarming cases of abuse or something for the emancipation of minors. If you really have an issue, reach a deal to a school counselor (or if your school as a resident police officer) talk to them. They can asses if it is the best remedy for you, and get you pointed in the right direction. Or, if you even feel comfortable ample, go up to your local police station and ask what steps need to do to start taking action on this. Please label sure that its what you really want before you start the process. It will be excruciating and long, and you just need to be sure that emotionally, mentally, and physically set for the process.
I don't think you can get emancipated in Australia. I'm guessing though the requirement would be to support yourself. Can you work ample to pay rent, bills, food etc for yourself in a new place? If not next forget it. If so then work on saving up and move out when you are 16 or as soon as you can. They have free youth centre where they can help you with this too.
