Since we are already practicing cryonics (suspended animation), shouldn't the lawmakers get to work about?

laws that would deal with general public who have been declared legally limp and who are brought back to life in the adjectives? Right now, there are no laws to concord with it.

And a person would be a fool to state that it can never happen.
Yes, it is a concern. Considering the current state of healthcare, however, unless common coverage for all is unveiled first I do not think anyone but us few will take this as a valid concern.
At this point within time, it is possible to freeze someone and keep them from dying....unfortunately freezing depletes the R.N.A....(rhyboneucleic acid)((sorry if I spelled that wrong)) and thawing them out will slay them. I would think that until it becomes possible to bring them out of it, yours is a moot point. I think lawmaker have enough things to think roughly speaking without adding that to the plate....In fact, I judge we have entirely too many laws as it is. Currently, it is unendorsed to freeze someone who is still alive. So, all that is being cryonically preserved is a motionless body. At this point, cryogenics is a scam.

The technology to freeze a live person and then re-generate them is not available. Freezing damages cells and thaw them allows the body to die.

Whether or not science ever gets it right is moot right now.
