whats the legal age limit to date?
im 13 and i love this guy thats 20..is it against the law to date him?or is it just against the law to own sex with him? im 13 and i love a 20 year oldand im wondering if its against the law to date him?or if its just against the statute to have sex with him?trust me tho,he doesnt want to rape me or do anything like that.be just friends right now. he told my little cousins the he likes me motive he thinks im funny and some other stuff

a 20 year old boy shouldn't be limp around with a 13 year old girl and it is not only wicked if sex is involved it is also possibly illegal if your parents or legal custodians object and you and he continue in seeing each other. For him it would be contributing to the circumstance of a child and that is variously titled from state to state

Not technically against the law but usually dating will acquire him to the point where he is eligible to get arrested and go to prison. Intimate/sexual contact is a no no.

If he has interest contained by dating a 13 year old then he is considered a pedophile. It is not normal or adequate sexual or not. Normal grown 20 year old men do not want to date 13 year old girls.
