My husband has been accused of making a hostile work place and sexual harrassment by one of his employees?

She walked out one day when she was batty and now wants her job put a bet on, so she said he yelled at her and tried to corner her and kiss her. She also said this has been going on for a long time. He said it's his word against hers and he know his other employees would have nothing bleak to say, and while he realizes they have to investigate, they've already offered her her undertaking back to "protect the company". Is there anything he can do? They also are offering her a job within the same facility as him. And he's like, if she can't stand working for me, why would she come back to one and the same facility, just not under him. he's also worried that if she comes back, and doesn't similar to her work at her new job, she may make more allegations. He's worked his approach up to management, and has a lot on the flash. Any advice would be helpful. The allegations are false. He's pretty worked up about it, as he's never deal with anything like this, so just looking for some input from others. His direct supervisor said sometimes they enjoy to cut the bait to make sure the company doesn't get in trouble. In complement, her aunt, a manager in a different part of the facility said the girl have complained to her about it for awhile now. Yet, being within management I would think she'd be required to report something like that. Anyway, gratefulness in advance.

I hope your husband has a legal representative. And it will all depend on who the company believes. Good luck .
SOunds like this company is going to bat for her. He needs to procure a good lawyer and prepare to fight.
