"Innocent until proven guilty" is for criminal court. It means the burden of proof for criminal trials lie on the prosecution. Police treat people as guilty adjectives the time. Why? Because it is their job. They would never arrest anyone if they treated everyone as innocent until they are found guilty in court. CPS is the same track. They are doing what they need to do for the safety of the child, not to punish the parent. Would it be better to leave the child surrounded by a home while they investigate, and have something happen to the child?
Well...it's they are innocent until proven guilty by the courts but for canon enforcements they have to assume your guilty until proven innocent. like Example someone robs a bank close by and you fit the description given they have to assume your the guilty one until someone proves other wise.

The idea behind this practice is the courts aim to do the best for the child and sometimes that means removing a child from a home while an investigation is carried out..as this means the investigation is not biased or stained in an attempt to protect the child from seeing or hearing anything that could affect them. Extremely disheartening and painful for adjectives parties, but that's the way things go sometimes... Tis Life..
because they have to put you within jail. once in jail next the "innocent until proven guilty" takes place where you can be sentence to life within prison, not just in jail.
