(In Ireland) What rights do tenants of Local Authority Housing have?
Do you know of any good websites which give information about the standard of repair council houses have to be in, what obligations the council have in regard to carrying out necessary repairs/maintenance, and also information about the ratio of people to rooms, e.g., a two bed roomed flat would be suitable for a single mother and her only child, but not for a family of six.
