I feel as if my human rights are being violated. What can I do stop this?

You need to add details and be more specific.
You can't stop it but you can stop obsessing about it. Everyone's rights are violated from time to time. Learn to deal with it.

Answer:
You have a voice...speak out and let the proper authorities know what rights are being violated
Not to ask stupid questions ... but:

1) What jurisdiction? What would be a violation of 'human rights' in one jurisdiction ... would barely raise a concern in others! Narrow it down a little ... what continent!?

2) What 'human rights' do you think you have that are being violated?

3) What documentation do you have that your 'human rights' are being violated? Is the NSA (National Security Administration (US)) reading your emails and bugging your phones? Or do you simply need a new foil hat?
Where did you say you lived?
If you're living in China, nothing.

You don't say what you consider your 'human rights' to be. I can't answer without that information. You have to described the situation in basic terms so I can point you to the right agency.
