Is it legal to smoke once u are 17 yrs old?
my sister told me one time that it is legal 2 smoke when u r 17 but u have 2 be 18 2 buy cigarette, is this true?
If your not ancient enough to buy them, you're not old enough to smoke them.
Here contained by the UK you have to be 18 to buy cigarettes and I think that if you are under 18 and are caught smoking surrounded by public your cigarettes/tobacco products can be taken from you by a uniformed police officer. You cannot legally buy them at 17 so this should tell you that it is not legal to smoke them at 17.
18 is legal age.
