Temperature in a business building?


hello everybody, is there a law to what a business must keep a tempature at within a building? i live in california, mojave desert . well i have a thesis that i got from working saying that beginning may 14 2007 american honda services will adhere to Federal Government Standards so there has to be standards out in that somewhere. i want to find out if its been updates. please give links if u have any. during the year time since in the desert it is usally 110 it gets to be 87 degrees surrounded by our building and out ac turns on but doesnt cool it down back to 80 that they have it set to.. 80 is still to warm and is making our work nouns uncomfortable.

OSHA has no perscribed limits. Up to you and your boss to work out.
r u on MCB 29 Palms? here might be a limit on how coolt okeep a temp but it is more in a companys policy than the govt.
