If a father abandoned his child, and left state to avoid being court ordered to pay child support?

then, 2 years later returned to the state, and the mother of child saw him at a fire works show and reported him to child support, will he have rights to child?
Best Answer:
yes he does as long hes married to you
paying child support or not has nothing to do with visitation they are two separate things and one does not determine the other
That is up to the courts. He isn't going to hold an easy time of it at first but they will probably give him weekends. My best advice to the mother is to not win upset about letting that happen. Many men use that fear against the mother. Act resembling you don't care and can use a break on the weekends and the father sometimes doesn't bother showing up. Get hysterical about it and he'll show up just to get hold of "even"
it depends what the decide says but those are two different things
