Can the judge? - Sure. Likely? - No.
Yes, he can, but it's very unusual. If nearby was insufficient evidence, the charges would usually have been thrown out until that time the trial began.
By the time it gets to the point that he is found guilty, the trendsetter probably would not throw out any of the charges. He/she could, however, sentence the person to concurrent sentences (meaning the sentences run together at the same time instead of consecutive, or one after the other).
I've never heard of a consider dismissing charges after conviction. Why would he? He can modify the sentence to account for one or more charges being weak, probably, but if he wanted to vacate the ruling, he would normally have done that prior to conviction.
