Are we all created equal?

I ask because of Paris Hilton. Celebrities have been screwing the legal system for years. O.J Simpson, Micheal Jackson, Martin Larence, R-Kelly among others and now Paris Hilton.
The judge said no relocation to another jail and no home monitering deal but she is serving the rest of her time in home.
Also is it just me or is California a 'no tolerance' state for drinking and driving? Will her license be taken away? No!
It should say 'no tolerance if your poor-middle class'
Paris only had to do 45 days then that was taken down to 23 days. She was going to be in a private cell and everything!
Its an outrage! Right out of english and french history where a member of the royal family would parden their family members or servants! What did those times lead to? REVOLUTION!
This is prejudice on a social scale! We are not americans, we are submericans. When you mess up you get your life scared by a police record damaging your future. Not so with these celebrities! injustice!We should sue

If we were all created equal I would be the starting pitcher for the Yankees tonight. We all should have those three rights proclaimed in the Dec. of Ind. 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.'

Who will impose a revolutionary equality? Hitler and Stalin tried to make things equal. The French did it by knocking off heads.

It comes down to a simple choice, equality is not freedom. With freedom there is never true equality. Which do you prefer?

As for the celebrities, maybe people should start harassing them and STOP BUYING THEIR STUFF!!! The message will get through.

This is the 'American Dream land' that everyone talks about, but they what many people don't know is that in this country MONEY buys justice and liberty for the rich.
Worse that all, nobody does a thing about it! Judges and lawyers still making their money from the poor and middle class. THIS IS A BUSINESS!!
