Should we have a new law banning things getting banned?
Definitely, if there isn't already a ban on banning.
They were going to to that but it got banned
Answer:
Yes!! I think that most people would behave in a decent and moral way whether or not there are laws there to dictate how we should behave, and people who behave immorally would probably do so whether or not these laws existed.
I reckon that without all these laws and rules, people might do things that are actually against the law, but not things which would actually cause harm to other people.. the majority of humans are decent and moral people, so if we stopped having all these ridiculous laws things would probably work out ok, the same things would happen whether or not laws existed around them!!
So yes, we should ban banning things, and let people think for themselves, instead of being restricted by so many ridiculous laws!!
Sorry, discussion about banning banning is banned.
Yes, we should ban all proposals to ban banning proposals.
I will this up at the next meeting of my club, the Secret Society for the Destruction of Secret Societies.
No. Anything that's in our food or water or in the air we breath that 'may cause cancer' should be BANNED!
Everything will soon be banned so why not?
Wouldn't that law contradict itself? It bans stuff getting banned, but it's banning something...
It would certainly fit the way we tend to make laws, wouldn't it? I don't know if you were serious or tongue in cheek. But it's certainly an idea.

I think we should have a new law that bans things that get banned to be banned then ban that one, As well as banning the others.
now thats just being stupid. what if somethign really dangerous comes about. how would we ban it with a ban on bans in places :-p
No, that's dumb. Banning smoking is a good thing, some more things should be banned like carrying knives etc.
No, we should ban this kind of thinking.
NO. Creating a law that would prohibit the creation of future laws would be foolish. The United States is an ever evolving country, the laws that are appropriate for this generation may not work for the next. As values and ideas of right and wrong change from one generation to the next, the laws that govern our society will have to change to fit the needs of the people accordingly. In other words, what might be banned tomorrow might be in next week. The inverse is also true.
yes, if its not banned
absolutely
i would vote for it
Many a true word is spoken in jest. I think this is a very good example. Less laws, more freedom and a wee bit more common sense really wouldn't hurt society. Indeed, it would most likely strengthen it.
