What are you think about immigration law in the USA?
i think it suckes
I think that its terrible! i mean, what's so bad about immigration?
Our immigration policies are broken... but the main cause for the problems are those that overstay their visa or come here illegally bcs it makes it difficult for our embassy to trust applicants.
If there was no immigration restriction we would quickly see an influx of population, and not just from Mexico. I dont think the Illegals here would really want that. The current illegal immigrants feel entitled to a piece of America bcs of their numbers, but if it was open to the world they would cry foul.
I just wish they would put up a fence between the American-Mexican border and guard it with high-powered rifles. Also deport all the current illegal immigrants back to Mexico. That's the solution you need.
I live in Mexico, and I'm worried of all of what is happening in the USA with the immigrants -specially mexican -because we are aware our economy is very dependant on the people who is working at the USA, as well as on the comercial relations with your country.
The really bad thing is that you are not aware of this fact, we have a simbiotic relation, whether we like it or not, our governers have built this relation since a long time ago, and it is very complex and dependant on each other at this point.
You should try to get more information and not to take a position without knowing all of the facts.
America uses the labor, and Mexico has not been able to have the economical growth we need to give all the citizen a good job.
The demography is important as well, a big percentage of the people on the USA is about to get the age to be retired, and in Mexico our population is young.
That's another fact, listen to the business man, they are aware of this fact, and that's why some of them are supporting the immigrants.
I know it's been done in the wrong way, and I am concious that many of my conationals are 'illegals' in the USA.
But that have been a problem that should have been solved a long time ago, and neither your government, neither mine, did anything.
At this point this is a lot more complex than a wall, or to deport them back, have you visualized how much work would it take to deport them all back here? or send them to jail? Actually There are 11 millions of mexican illegal immigrants in the USA nowadays.
Are we smart enougth to find solutions?
In Mexico we have a lot of things to do, and solve, that's correct, and i believe the only way we have is voting, learning, working, and raising our voice to demand the govern some solutions to our situation.
But this is just a little part of the ecuation!
I hope we all - Mexican, American, legal immigrants, illegal immigrants can think about.
There is not need to build walls - aren't Americans againts walls? against represions? aren't you againts the free market? That's what you have built and show to the world for all of the modern times.!
I think that as many people who want to immigrate to the USA should be able to, and they are but it takes time and commitment as does every other goal that we try to meet. Illegal immigrants are people too, and though we might send them back we should consider helping them to become productive citizens....
do NOT let illegals suddenly become legal. too many people have followed the rules and wait 7 years and pass tests.
it's solving alot of problems and rallies

I Think The Laws Are In Place For A Reason...
To Prevent Terrible Things To Happen To Our Nation
Things Like THIS For Instance
A close, personal friendship with President George W. Bush has given Mexicos President Vicente Fox the opportunity to purposely allow (or even send) Millions of Criminals, Thugs, Anarchists, and Potential Terrorists to swarm over our southern border in breathtaking numbers. (Nearly half of all illegal aliens currently living in the U.S. came here since Bush became president in 2000.)
Mexican American Legal Defense Fund founder Mario Obledo stated, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave. Every constitutional office in California is going to be held by Hispanics in the next 20 years. People who don't like such demographic changes “should go back to Europe.”
(Incidentally, Senor Obledo was also the California Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Gov. Jerry Brown.)
Obledo Is A Member Of 'MEChA' And 'LA RAZA'
The newly 'ELECTED'mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, joined the lawbreakers and proclaimed
'This bill in Congress is wrong'. 'The only thing illegal is making 11 million illegal aliens felons.'
Yeah, he Actually said that. People should make no mistake about it: Villaraigosa was 'ELECTED' by ILLEGALs VOTING, and HIS Allegiance, along with the rest of these 'ELECTED' public officials in California of Mexican ancestry is to Mexico, not California or these United States of America. Villaraigosa has spent a lifetime opposing U.S. immigration laws.
Villaraigosa is A Member Of 'MEChA' and ' LA RAZA'
MEChA and the La Raza movement teach that Colorado, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and parts of Washington State make up an area known as 'AZTLAN' -- a fictional ancestral homeland of the Aztecs before Europeans arrived in North America. As such, it belongs to the followers of MEChA. These are all areas America should surrender to 'La Raza' once enough immigrants, legal or illegal, enter to claim a majority, as in Los Angeles. The current borders of the United States will be extinguished.
The Council of La Raza succeeded in having itself added to congressional hearings by Republican House and Senate leaders. And an anonymous senator even gave the Council of La Raza an extra $4 million in earmarked taxpayer money, supposedly for 'housing reform,' while La Raza continues to lobby the Senate for virtual open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.

We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him.'

Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General , 'We are practicing 'La Reconquista' in California.'
Encouraged by their leaders in both countries, the 20 million Mexicans in America are similarly emboldened to insist that the United States surrender to their demands, particularly amnesty which will speed the acquisition of political power. And when California becomes majority Mexican around 2028, those people will call for political unification with their cultural homeland. Their leaders are planning for such a scenario

What Are YOU Think About Immigration Law In The USA?
its ok, could be better
Every human being has the right to be treated with some respect. Eventhough, this humans have violated our laws I do not think that they should be treated like criminals. The government should put a plan that solves the current flow of immigration into our country but it has to be humane.
our immigration laws where put into place to protect the american citizens, they were put there to allow the legal ones that want to contribute to our country to learn its ways and customs.... by not enforcing the laws we have only slapped the faces of every legal immigrant that waited years to get into the united states the honest and legal way! we need to enforce the laws we have now and not make new ones...
