Can a Defendant summons be issued to me on a Sunday?
I live in Northern Ireland but work in the Republic of Ireland at the minute. The Poloice in Northern Ireland hold a Summons for me for an alledged Motoring Conviction. Can I collect this from my local Police Station on Sunday? Or does the 1695 Sunday Observance Act prevent this?
Why not just ring them up and ask them? Good luck anyway.
