Can i get a apartment at 18? in the state of lausiana and can i move out of the state of mississippi at 18 ?

Answer:
In the US, the legal age to move out on your own is 18 years old. At 18 years old, you are legally responsible for yourself and your actions.

Also, it doesn't matter if a person has a disability or not. I have several disabilities and I'm independent and a legal, responsible adult. The only time disabilities hinder on adulthood is if a person needs a legal guardian because they are unable to care for themselves by making legal & finanicial decions on their own.

Some places will do credit checks and some places may not rent to someone with very little credit. Just keep looking and remember that at 18, your parents are not responsible for you!

Goodluck and enjoy adulthood!
At the age of 18 you are an adult, unless legal disabled for some reason, and can come and go as you please. Only problem is finding someone to rent an apartment to an 18yr old. Usually don't have any credit history and they tell you no. Suggest you try and find a roommate.
