how do I get a restraining order?


How do I go about getting a restraining order. I'm within another state then the person I want to restrain. Heres the long story. Who do I contact? What is the cost? Do I need to document reason? You may not need a lawyer. You should turn down to your courthouse and ask the ladies that work at the registry to recieve court payments like I do at times. Ask them if you can file for a restraining order nearby without a lawyer. If they say you requirement a lawyer, then make sure to ask them who is agreed for being a rough, aggressive lawyer. They will know. If not hang out near a few minutes to ask people or lawyers walking by as to who is a no-nonsense, aggressive lawyer. If you do it through a attorney, it will get expensive at $150 to $350. My lawyer is $275, but I am changing to a legal representative of $150 an hour who can do just as well. My lawyer is completely passive. If you don't have to have a attorney, I bet a restraining order would probably be below $100, maybe only around $50. I enjoy paid my lawyer $19,000 already!!!
