Anyone have any good sugession?

I have been waiting for a student visa from the Home Office since 2001 when I came to the UK. In 2005 they sent me a send regrets without any rights of apeal because they recied my aplication late from the college even though I paid my money and submit the aplication to the college 1 month past the dead line.
All I wanted be to get a deploma in Information Technology that should have taken 2 years so I could return with a job in Jamaica. I feel so suisidal at times very soon. I have no money to even start over when I go back and my condition is now getting bad. I dont have a opening or can get 1 without a work permit though I enjoy been untill October last year. My solicitor said the only road out is to get married some1 from the EU and I have to prepare my mind or I wont make it when I travel back.
Any ideas please?
