Is this breaking any laws or regulations?

I go to this restaurant and it happens to be next to a cigar shop. I pace there because there is no parking and everytime I go nearby are like 8 guys smoking some nasty cigars. So...im inhaling that nastiness a apposite half of a block to the restaurant and sometimes it filters into the restaurant. (oh...and this is in california)
Find another restaurant... Are they inside or outside? Even states that enjoy smoking bans often have an exception for tobacco shops.
I have absolutely no clue if your really worried roughly it call some official or something no....not yet
Research your state law and regulations (you can do it online and free)
If there aren't any laws preventing them from smoking in the sidewalk, purely find another restaurant or learn to deal with it.
If you grain what they're doing is exaggerated and unhealthy, call the health department and ask them what to do surrounded by this situation.
Anyway, my advise would be to find another restaurant, I'm sure the food isn't worth the unpleasantness of the smoking next door.
I am a nonsmoker but this is America and we are suppose to be free. Just because we dont smoke what give us the right to take someone elses freedom of choice away. You dont have to eat nearby. Maybe they think your perfume stinks should it be illegal. Its a 2 way street if you dont want to drive on it take off. And if you are going to be rude to people because they dont agree with you seize off this street reported. It's probably not illegal, but very annoying!
Sorry, no. There is one and only one city in California where smoking is banned on city sidewalks, and another is trying to go beyond a similar law, but smoking is allowed on city sidewalks.
Seeing how the court are unwilling at this point to outlaw smoking and make second appendage smoke a crime,

the courts will not find at this point an assault has occurred by you smelling inhaling the second hand smoke on a public nouns
