I fell under a hand dryer at the movie theater what rights do i have?
i fell under a hand dryer at cinnemark theaters and their claims department said that i have to discharge out of pocket for my medical and AFTER i put out all that money i can submit a claim. however i just finished community college and dont have a duty that offers insurance and cant be under my parents anymore. I think that they are trying to reclaim a whole lot of money by making me pay and hopping that i wont submit it afterwards cuz im young and dont know better. very soon when i first talked to the guy whos handeling my stuff i just agreed cuz i didnt want to get contained by a fight with him if he was right but i give attention to hes talking out of his but... i thought i should be able to just step and have the bills sent to them. am i right? i mean wasnt my fault i fell here was a puddle.
It was your own imperfection. Puddles happen. Keep your eyes open and don't always blame someone else for your problems. What injuries did you suffer?
Feeling that there be a puddle is not the same as there actually anyone a puddle, and if there was a puddle that doesn't mean someone be negligent. Your claim is not very strong. That is why you have a crappy contribute. The company is negotiating to avoid a lawsuit that they will probably win. So, they are negotiating from a position of strength. Your strength will increase if you show that you are serious by consulting a lawyer. Unless you hold already signed a release. If you have already signed a release, you are screwed. well problem is they are making a valid effort to back you out. Even though it wasn't your fault you got hurt, its not their fault that you can't wages your medical bills. You can attempt to take the bills ot them for payment and see if they will help you out still.

You should sue your community college for graduating people without adjectives sense. You can't expect them to pay for that. It's your fault you fell down, not theirs.
What's your injury? If you travel to a doctor or clinic, you won't get "the bills sent to them." Ain't gonna happen. You'll have to rate up front. If a person could be awarded tons of moolah because their coffee was too hot at McDonald's, I see no reason why you can't receive believable compensation for this incident.
