filed for child support for some1 who is married with some else, I was freshly wonder tht if she (his wife) will be alow to come to the hearing and go into the room with my child,him and I? Does any body know? Please no unnecessary comments. thank you

She can be there if she requirements to come. The only way you are going to get it so that she can not is to get hold of a restraining order on her. Which I am sure you have no need to.
I don't consider it is a good place for your kid to be. I am sure he doesn't need to see or hear his mom and dad disagreeing. Your attoreny might consider listing her as a witness and afterwards request the judge to have all of the witnesses sequestered. The legitimate answer to all of this is you need to talk to your attorney. If you don't hold one, get one.
She will be allowed to be near. Family court is open to the public, and as long as she is not in contempt (causing a scene) she will not be removed.
