Appear.
Go to the police and sort this out, NOW

Good Luck
I had 2 FTAs. I just went to the courthouse and asked what I needed to do. I ended up having to go to 2 different courthouses because each offense was in another county. In San Diego county, I had to appear before the judge. He asked me why I didn't appear, I gave him my reasoning and he reduced my civil assessment from 300 bucks to 100. I paid it, now it only shows on my record as an infraction rather that a misdemeanor. In Riverside county I also had to appear before the judge, and explain why I didn't appear, for that I got a civil assessment fee of $250. It is better to go to the courthouse rather than the sheriffs station. If you go to the station they can (and probably will) arrest you. If you didn't commit these offenses I would hire a lawyer. It may or may not do you any good. I was going to hire a lawyer, but I would have been charged $500 for each ticket/FTA. I figured I made out better by myself (or at least cheaper.) Good luck.
Go to your nearest precincht and turn yourself in-you more than likely have a warrant for your arrest and the sooner you clear it up the better off you'll be. Your conscious will be clear and you can start over and not make the stupid mistakes over again!
Get a mouth he will fix it up for you, but if you try it yourself you with get your foot in your mouth for sure.
Not to worry.

They'll come find you. Soon. Very, very soon.

I hope your schedule is flexible.

=)

Answer:
I would suggest that you hire a lawyer to handle this for you, especially since you say that you might not have committed the offense. The attorney could lessen the consequences that you might be facing.

Good luck!
