Copyright issue. 18+ enter?

if you watch Adult websites, I am sure a lot of sites just use the photos they find on vein, they do not pay for copy right. but i never heard anyone get charged for doing this.

anyone know copyright laws? they do not works well on adult websites?

Well see here is this thing about personal or private pictures, if a person finds themselves on a site,book, or any printed medium where he/she did not consent to they have a lawsuit on their side. That does not include people who own taken pictures with a photographer that is known to use any of the medium above as a means to show his/her work and the person willingly allowed the pictures to be taken surrounded by that case the person in the picture have no rights only the person taking the picture. If you can prove that the image is yours in attendance is no dispute against that, you can ask where ever you saw it to take it down, if they don't do it, file a complaint surrounded by civil court. Do remember that you have to prove that the image is your image. You do realize that if multiple metaphors where used to create an image is much more difficult because it would be considered a new representation. As far as face pictures doctored onto bodies is illegal and punishable and does not need much proof except I did not consent to the images been used and here is the original. In my feelings porn sites should be regulated much more stricter because they are not freedom of speech they are actually demeaning and portray slavery of women as sex objects which would be a contradiction to human rights.
