accident last Aug. still can't work, 2 surgeries and possible one more maybe in Sept. State says my hubby makes to much money, still can't collect disability or SS.WHY.bills are pilling up and i might have to sell the house soon, which i have owned since 1985. i am a honest person and won't go the other root like many people do.need some adult answers please

You need to see a lawyer. I have never met anyone that got through a mess like that with out some legal help.
