can you sue anyone for anything?

i heard this once i just wanted to see if it be true!
Best Answer:
pretty much
no
Just about...the cases that I remember most are the time that lady spilled her McDonald's coffe in her own nouns and sued because it was HOT. There was no label stating that the coffee be hot, even though she should have known that she just ordered HOT COFFEE!!! Then in that was the guy who put his RV on cruise control and went in the fund to make himself a drink, the sued when his RV crashed! Apparently, the manual didn't explain exactly what "cruise control" meant. What idiots!
just about
I hope so, folks are always trying to steal my ideas
as long as u got a perfect defense hell yeah!
A few years ago a prisoner sued because his cookie came to his cell broken. A woman sued McDonalds because her coffee be HOT. Imagine that...coffee being hot? Who would have thought? You tell me?
No. You would need decriminalized grounds to sue and have proof of any damages.
you can but if your argument is stupid then you'll be kicked out of the court like an idiot lol.
It sure does seem that way.
It depends ? You can't sue someone for intake a grilled cheese sandwich...or watching tv.
anything that you can pass for violate your rights, yes.
Yes. You may not win, but you can try.
Yes you may... however the other party might sue you for his reputation...
if it's important;) here answer mine;)http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090802230435AARPOlQ
Yes, but will they win? Probably not because the court can throw out frivolous lawsuits. Still you are free to try any sort of casing you want to put out there.
ummm i give attention to you may need to re ask the question? I really don't know what your trying to ask...
depends on the proof and i dont think everything similar to what if someone sued you for falling in there way or adage they want to go pee in your washroom but went poo i saw that surrounded by a show :D
Pretty much. As long as whatever they have done/said have effected you, your life, your family etc within some way, shape, or form. This is a very difficult question. Without a specific high regard this is one that really just cannot be answered accurately no matter what.
you own the legal right to sue for anything that has caused you spoil, misfortune, etc if it was the other persons fault, especially if they back out of a contract or other legal document. but its not a great thing to do and there is a great deal of abuse to the system, costing taxpayers money and a lot of time wasted.
You can file a lawsuit for any reason, but it doesn't mean it is going to step to court or you are going to win. In order for it to be a valid lawsuit, the other party would have to be sloppy in some way and you would have have to lose something financially as a result of their actions.
