fathers getting cusody! how easy?
alsoo i do not plan to keep the baby from him i will let him see him whenever he requirements to see the baby . but im so scared what do i do.? ok well im currently pregnant and i am near the babys father but we do not live together. i have come to conclusion that he will try and fight for the cusody of the baby. his kith and kin and him.. okay there are differences in each family connections witch is is either better or worse on both parts.. well me i still live at home with my mother and her 6 other children and i enjoy no job at the moment but im thinking if it would make it harder for him to take my little one boy away from me i am willing to go out and get my own place and brawl hard to find a job also my grandma works for dfs! okay his family is forbidden and he lives at home with his parents and little brother he has a job but does not endow with me nothing for anything i didnt even get to keep zilch from my baby shower cause he took it all to his sisters house. i GOT nought witch none of my family came cause they where on earth throwing me a baby shower and soon will attend that but his family got everything at this infant shower and i got nothing of it. im so very afraid he can and will pinch my baby away he is 22 and im 18. im not sure what to think how easy is it for a father to cart my baby away when im will be a fit mother and will have my own place soon. thanks for adjectives the help also i live in cheyenne wyoming if that makes any difference.

The court will almost other award joint placement, unless you can prove the other parent is unfit.
Are you pushing this baby out or is he? Mothers usually win custody battles unless they are doing drugs or own been and fail the hair follicle. Also, you said you live at home next to your mother, make sure the house is always clean and produce sure everyone in the house can pass a drug test because they will check. If it does dance down make sure you get a decent advocate. You need to find a job as soon as possible once the doctors tells you its okay to work. If his home is illegal (for what reason i'm not sure of) they won't put the child in that environment. Good luck hun don't stress too much its unpromising for the baby!
